Lesson 3 involves Rate, Time and Distance problems. Students will create 2 equations using the R * T = D formula from the word
problems and then must combine the equations to make one single variable equation and then to solve it. This is a very challenging
lesson which introduces systems of equations, which will be covered in detail in Unit 7.
