Understanding how to work with and solve proportions writtens as two fractions that are equal is a basic mathematical skill that is used frequently in everyday life. Figuring out sales prices, discounts, figuring out how many gallons of paint to buy or following a recipe are all everyday examples of ratios and proportions. Each lesson is comprised of a video lesson with downloadable lesson worksheets with and without solutions and a series of graded practice exams which provide step by step solutions to every problem on the exam.
